Hi and thanks for visiting my weight training tips blog. I started this blog because I found out as I got older, I really didn’t understand how to best lose those extra pounds or weight train properly. In high school growing up I was on our state championship basketball team. I also played division 3 basketball and was better than average. But after graduating and getting married, I found it more and more challenging to work out regularly. So I started learning more about the basics of human biology and what makes us tick.

Then I dove into how to take advantage of my natural genetics to help me continue to get leaner and stronger. It only became increasingly difficult as I got older and had children. So this blog will hopefully help some of the moms out there specifically and also some of the men who continue to struggle with weight loss and weight training to improve their health.
